1. Kindly ensure that you have reserved the actual date of your convention.

Our facility is fully equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable.

2. Our facility standard booking is 3 days minimum, irrespective of the days accessed.

In other words, we do not accept less than 3 nights booking reservation.

Please also kindly limit your reservations to what the Branch Office through Convention Accommodation Committee approves for our Suites (Only family members and Maximum of 5 persons) For Single Rooms (Maximum of 3 persons).

We shall ensure strict compliance to this. You are at liberty to take another room if needed.

3. Please take note that your reservation attracts a minimum deposit of N75,000 for Executive Suites, N45,000 for Standard Single rooms, N65,000 for Manchester and N100,000 for VIP.
